10-20 lb (5-9 kg): 3/4-1 1/4 cups (79-126 g)
20-30 lb (9-14 kg): 1 1/4-1 2/3 cups (126-166 g)
30-40 lb (14-18 kg): 1 2/3-2 cups (166-201 g)
40-50 lb (18-23 kg): 2-2 1/4 cups (201-234 g)
50-60 lb (23-27 kg): 2 1/4-2 1/2 cups (234-264 g)
60-70 lb (27-32 kg): 2 1/2-2 3/4 cups (264-293 g)
