These Terms of Service govern your use of the 1967 Feed Co. website and your purchase of products from 1967 Feed Co. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, payment, and order information. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so we can notify you when an order is ready or contact you about an order issue.

Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices, ingredients, availability, and other information. Product packaging, ingredients, formulas, appearance, and specifications may be changed by manufacturers without notice. Always review the product label and packaging before use.

Product photographs are provided for reference. Actual packaging may differ from the images displayed online.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order affected by incorrect pricing, inaccurate information, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

Animal feed and nutritional information

Information provided by 1967 Feed Co. is general educational and product information. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace guidance from a veterinarian or qualified animal nutrition professional.

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their animals’ species, age, weight, health, production stage, and nutritional needs. Follow all manufacturer labels, feeding directions, warnings, storage instructions, and transition recommendations.

If an animal experiences illness or an unexpected reaction, stop using the product and contact a veterinarian. Retain the original packaging, lot code, best-by date, and remaining product in case the manufacturer or a regulatory agency needs that information.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payment is due when an online or telephone order is placed unless another arrangement has been approved by 1967 Feed Co.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability. An order is confirmed when we accept and begin preparing it. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, delayed, incorrectly priced, or requires substitution.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain inaccurate information, violate these terms, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Local pickup

1967 Feed Co. currently offers local pickup only. We do not ship or deliver orders.

Most in-stock orders are prepared within a few hours during business hours. Special orders and temporarily unavailable products may require additional time. Customers must wait for an order-ready notification before arriving.

Pickup procedures, business hours, after-hours locker arrangements, and contact information are described in our Shipping and Pickup Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

When a customer requests after-hours locker pickup, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer when the order is placed in the designated locker and pickup instructions are sent. Customers should retrieve locker orders promptly.

Order inspection and storage

We inspect products while pulling and loading orders. Customers should inspect their orders at pickup whenever possible and promptly report missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged items.

After pickup, customers are responsible for protecting products from moisture, heat, pests, rodents, contamination, improper storage, and other conditions that may affect product quality or safety.

Feed should be stored according to manufacturer instructions in a clean, dry, protected, and pest-resistant location. Keep original packaging or preserve the lot code and best-by information until the product has been fully used.

Returns, refunds, and product concerns

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, defective products, feed-quality concerns, and recalls are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Do not bring potentially contaminated, spoiled, recalled, or otherwise questionable feed to the pickup location without contacting us first.

Special orders

Special-order and custom products may require advance payment and may not be cancelable or returnable after we place the order with the supplier. Any special-order restrictions or estimated lead times will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Arrival dates for special orders are estimates and may be affected by manufacturers, distributors, freight schedules, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Prohibited uses

You may not use our website or services:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

• To interfere with the security or operation of the website

• To submit false payment, identity, or order information

• To copy or misuse website content in violation of intellectual-property rights

• To distribute malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to any system

• To purchase products for an unlawful or prohibited use

We may restrict access, refuse service, or cancel orders when these terms are violated.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, and other content belong to 1967 Feed Co. or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, product images, and product information belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments and other functions may be provided by third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by the providers’ terms and privacy practices.

We may link to manufacturer websites or other third-party resources for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable products and accurate information. Except for obligations that cannot legally be excluded, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that every product will always be available, that manufacturer information will remain unchanged, or that a particular product will produce a specific result for every animal.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1967 Feed Co. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays outside our reasonable control, improper product selection, failure to follow product instructions, or improper handling or storage after pickup.

This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
